Docs MCP Server

Connect your AI coding assistant directly to these docs. The MCP server lets Claude, Cursor or any MCP-compatible tool search the Applicaster documentation and pull our integration skills while you build — no copy-pasting, no stale context.

It is a hosted, read-only, public endpoint. There is nothing to install and no credentials to configure.

https://docs.applicaster.com/api/mcp

Setup

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http applicaster-docs https://docs.applicaster.com/api/mcp

Cursor, Claude Desktop, and other clients — add this to your MCP config:

{
"mcpServers": {
"applicaster-docs": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://docs.applicaster.com/api/mcp"
}
}
}

What your assistant can do

ToolPurpose
search_docsKeyword search across every guide; returns paths and summaries
read_docRead a full guide by path
list_skillsList the installable Applicaster skills
read_skillRead a skill's full instructions

Once connected, ask in plain language — "how do I implement a Pipes2 feed?" or "set up a custom login UI" — and your assistant will find and read the relevant guides itself.

Skills

Skills are step-by-step playbooks for specific integrations, written for AI assistants. list_skills and read_skill expose them through MCP, so your assistant can follow one without you installing anything.

To install a skill permanently into your own project instead:

npx skills add https://docs.applicaster.com --skill <skill-name>
note

The server is read-only and serves public documentation. It never accesses your account, apps or data.
