Subtitles and CC

Applicaster supports multi-language subtitles, including Closed-Caption for the hearing imapired. Inclusion and localization both serve broader global audiences, as well as, in certain cases, comply with legal requirements.

Subtitles and CC appear automatically when the HLS manifest supports subtitles. You can modify the player's asset under the "assets" section called "asset badge off" and "asset badge on". Please note that if there are audio tracks available on the stream, they will display too.
